    1. Service Scope

    Cool Point provides the following services:

    • Repairing of Split ACs, Window ACs, Refrigerators, and Water Dispensers

    • Sales of new and refurbished appliances

    • Purchase of used appliances from customers

    • On-site/home service (where applicable)

    All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

    2. Eligibility

    To use our services, you must be:

    • At least 18 years of age

    • Legally able to enter into binding contracts

    • Providing accurate and truthful information when requested

    3. Booking and Payments

    • Service bookings can be made via phone, website, or in person.

    • Payments must be made in full upon completion of services, unless agreed otherwise.

    • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and any other methods as stated on the website.

    4. Product Sales and Warranty

    • Products (new or refurbished) are sold on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise specified.

    • Warranty (if provided) will be clearly mentioned on the invoice or product page.

    • Warranty covers specific defects and does not include misuse, physical damage, or tampering.

    5. Appliance Purchase Policy

    • If you wish to sell us your appliance, we reserve the right to evaluate and offer a fair price based on condition and market value.

    • You must be the legal owner of the appliance being sold.

    6. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    • No refunds will be given for completed services.

    • In case of advance payments for cancelled services, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after review.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Cool Point will not be held liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, unavailability, or product defects

    • Any loss or damage caused by third-party technicians or vendors

    • Any incorrect information provided by the user

    We will, however, take reasonable steps to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Cool Point or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
